Banyak mahasiswa yang saya temui mengatakan kalau menyampaikan pidato itu sangat sulit untuk di lakukan. Sebenarnya itu merupakan opini yang keliru, karena mengingat dalam berpidato itu sangat mudah dilakukan, asalkan saja bisa mengikuti prosedur yang ada.
Kebanyakan mahasiswa di Indonesia tidak bisa merangkai pada kalimat pembuka dan penutup pidato. Nah, disini saya akan mencoba untuk memberi sedikit contoh kalimat pembuka pidato yang formal dalam versi bahasa Inggris, yaitu sebagai berikut:
The First versi of opening speech
Assalamualaikum. Wb. Wr.
First of all, lets thank to Allah SWT the al mighty who has giving us his merchy and blessing so we can attend in this moment without any abstacles in this great occasion.
Secondly, may sholawat and salam to our prophet Muhammad SAW peace be upon him, who has guided us from the darkness into the lightness area in the world as well as in the next world.
Well, standing in front of you all, I would like to present my speech under the title……
The Second versi of opening speech
Assalamualaikum. Wb. Wr.
Praise to compassionate and merciful of god who grant his favor and mercy to those who obey him, who punished those who disobey him. Praises to his excited to us, the mighty in his domination and it is he who judges and to him we return.
I bear witness that there is no god but Allah SWT and I bear witness that Muhammad SAW is the messenger of god.
In this time, I being take a great opportunity to deliver a speech under the title…
Nah, mudah bukan pembukaan pidato seperti contoh di atas? Mungkin masih banyak lagi contoh- contoh pembukaan pidato yang lainnya.
